(or purposefully) and are wondering what we do, the nature of our business is “intellectual property”,
i.e., patents, trademarks, etc. We provide these “IP” related goods and services to law firms and
businesses, exclusively, worldwide.
(Sorry, we do not work with individuals.) Our
two primary services are providing
electronic file histories (digital copies
of file wrappers which may be downloaded from this web site in .pdf or .tiff file format) and
domestic and international
patent validity searches. While these are our two main
offerings, we also offer a full range of other IP related
services which are very competitively priced.
I would also like to point out that this is a restricted web site. That is to say, only our clients have full access.
In the fifteen years of business prior to the launching of this web site, our entire client base had been built by word
of mouth--we had never advertised or solicited. To this day, our telephone number remains unlisted. This is not to say
that we are opposed to new clients. To the contrary, we have been blessed with consistent growth over the years, and
truly welcome the addition of more of the type of clients which we now have.
